Even if you happen to break the jalapeno I use the cheese as &quot;glue.&quot; I break them all the time, then comes the glue and once you cover it with the sausage no one will ever know what happened. Also, if you really want to make sure you get out all the vein, you can slice them in half lengthwise and use half peppers and then proceed with the rest of the recipe. You will have smaller eggs but they still will be tasty.]]></description>
