I’m not sure whether it was made by Entenmann’s (their bakery did have some tasty stuff also in King Soopers groceries) or was a copycat made by King Soopers, but it was a wonderful moist, tasty cake, and I’m ready to try baking it! I am in the process now of trying to find another store that carries it. But if all else fails I will have to bake me one. There is no better food anywhere that can beat Louisiana cooking and I stand by that 🙂
