Hi Joan, Oh yes I add meat to grilled cheese all the time. Salami or ham, sometimes hot links…it’s so good with a pan fried hot link….lol but it’s good with just cheese as well…lol Thanks for stopping by.

Grilled cheese is one of my few meatless meals. It never occurred to me to put meat in a cheese sandwich.
I just got back from a trip to the local grocery. While I could find colby jack and white cheddar, the other two cheeses weren’t available. I’ll have to hunt harder, cause I want to try this.
