Thank you Karen, my daughter said this is the quickest recipe I&#039;ve ever made...lol...the Applewood is what I normally use when I smoke meat on the grill...it comes like wood chips and you just soak them in water before adding them to the smoker. Now the sea salt has been smoked using those wood chips which gives a nice smokey flavor to salt. You could smoke your own salt or just buy it, like I do...next time I smoke some meat I will try smoking my own sea salt and see if the flavor is the same, and post the recipe...]]></description>
