Hello Vickie, I haven't written the recipe out but I will give you the quick version, I take the shells, zap them in the microwave to soften, do this after you mix up the cream cheese. Take room temperature cream cheese, mix it with about 2 tablespoons of white sugar, taste for sweetness to see if you need more sugar, add about 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix well. I like to take about 1/2 cup chopped strawberries but you don't have too, fold that in the cream cheese. Place about 1-2 tablespoons in the middle of shell, roll up, use a toothpick to secure, fry or bake them...fry for about 1-2 minutes per side, seam side down first. Take about 1 cup of chocolate, add about 1 tablespoon of milk, melt in microwave stirring after every 15 seconds until chocolate melt, dip the crispy flatuas in the chocolate. I also sprinkle cinnamon sugar inside the shell sometimes...I am going to make these and put the recipe up...they sound so good..and it's perfect for the holidays...
