It’s white sugar Marie. Zulka is the brand name of the sugar I used.

I ask because I want to make it tomorrow for Sunday’s dessert, and don’t want it to go bad or anything. Do you think it will be okay at room temperature until the next day? Thanks alot. I will come back to this post when I’m done making it
