I have had the honor of eating MANY Italians version of Wedding Soup. I must say that NONE have ever had most of your ingredients.
My own recipe includes:
cooked chicken, chicken broth, onions/carrots/celery, small meatballs, Greens of your choosing and some type of very small pasta.
When I saw the add for “Italian Wedding Soup” made in a slow cooker, I was excited. Unfortunately, your recipe is not even close to what I expected.
