Thanks Teabeary, I don’t like it flat because when cooking and it “blows” up is what I remember from child hood, I would be amazed at watching it get that big. Also, I believe Applegate farms sells organic bologna so you can still eat it.

Thank you Patti, I agree, grits, eggs, bologna, just yum. Oh, and I use it to make fried eggs and rice with bologna and hot sauce. It’s the best!
