Hi Joann, I am sure you can, I’ve seen numerous recipes for frozen meat being put into the slow cooker like chicken. I’ve never tried it from frozen but I don’t see why not. I would say around 4 hours on high.

Hi CC, I just saw your recipe for Asian Pork Tenderloin, looks delicious. I do have a question, when you say you can cook this in the crock pot, can you put that in frozen and maybe just cook a little bit longer? Thanks so much and all your recipes and pictures look so good. 🙂

Hi CC, I just have a question about this yummy recipe. In step #8 you say to remove tenderloin from oven. Did you mean to remove tenderloin from foil? I’m pinning this and want to try it soon! Thanks =D
