A little crunch is always good in chicken salad. The chopped celery can be used for a little salt if needed. Yummy!

I am one happy Girl! I loooooathe raw celery. Have my entire life. It pisses me off that everyone seems to have an understanding for ppl who can’t handle cilantro but freak out that I can’t do smellery. It’s not my fault & I wish I liked it because it is in EVERYTHING! But not THIS GREAT RECIPE! Thank you so very much for this. It is beautiful to look at & im sure YUMZ TO EAT!
