Cynthia O Conner you obviously need to get a life. Why don’t you just scroll past the not so healthy meals. If you had half a brain you would know that Pinterest is very user friendly and you can enter “healthy recipes” in the search engine and thousands of recipes will appear. This recipe never was falsely represented as healthy so next time just scroll past instead of giving your rude opinion!!!

One question I have- how does this not curdle when you add the cream? Whenever I try to make a creamy lemon sauce my sauce always curdles. I don’t know why!
I am going to make this tomorrow for dinner. The only substitute is im going to use half & half, because that is what is in my fridge and I read in another comment that should be okay.

Look at your low fat container of whatever ingredients…full of fillers like starch and sugar.  Full fat closer to natural and unprocessed is healthier and keeps you full longer with less eaten.
