Rinse cutlets under cold water, pat dry with a napkin.Combine seasonings in a small bowl and divide in half. Season pork cutlets with ½ of seasoning blend, and set aside. Put flour in a shallow bowl and season with remaining seasoning blend. Lightly toss pork cutlets in flour mixture, tapping off excess flour and set aside. Melt butter and olive oil on medium high heat, cook cutlets 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. I serve these with rice or mash potatoes.
