Not Your Mama’s Turkey Salad
The turkey came out excellent, this is what I have left over and I have to do something with it.
I was thinking soup then I said to myself why not just make a turkey salad. Quick, easy, and one bowl just like I like it.
Add plenty of chopped pecans for crunch.
Dice up all the veggies, and put everything in the bowl and stir.
Yes it is that simple.
Fried Turkey skin is the key to this dish. Fry it, drain it, dice it. Then put it in the bowl also, and your done.
Less than five minutes is all it takes for this turkey salad. Yes, it is turkey crackling.
Don’t forget the fresh lettuce.
And for sure not the tomatoes sprinkled with a little creole seasoning and black pepper
Pile the salad high as you like it on top of the lettuce and tomaotes.
Let’s get down to business and eat.
