Sure Sara, I am planning out my recipes for next month, I will make sure I include catfish and chicken drummies..I love fish and I love chicken…now I am all excited…lol..and I am going to write out the recipe while I cook, and not after I eat…lol.

Especially this recipe!! I feel like I should roll myself to bed 🙂 My husband was wondering if you could make a recipe with catfish, or chicken drummies.

Another great recipe…. although I didn’t see where it says to add the sauteed veggies so I just added them to the cheese sauce. Sooo filling and yummy!!

Charlie, then you can use fresh ones…it’s Hatch Chile season and they have fresh chiles available… I ate all mine up…so hence, I am canning it! Now the recipe can be used year round when you can’t get Hatch Chiles…and also a lot of people don’t have access to hatch chile…they could order them but that can get really expensive…I am lucky…I live in the west coast and we have Hatch Chiles…But if you want to use fresh…fresh is going to always be better but I think it’s important that I cook and make substitutions for everyone, who may not have access to the fresh peppers.

The only thing wrong with this recipe is the chile is from a can!
