I think that would work, maybe lessen the slow cooking time, then throw them on the grill to finish them off.

(4 servings, you say… hmmm we just about two 😉 …. ) and my husband reported to me last night that the wings were even BETTER after they had been sitting out (covered) for awhile… and I was asked to make them again for the BOC (breakfast of champions… AKA sunday football breakfast) so I guess I’ll marinate today, cook tonite and he can reheat those puppies up in the AM (or not!).  THANK YOU!!!
