So I was looking for candied yams because I volunteered to make 40+ portions and I don’t really care for recipes with marshmallows. I mashed them because that made it easier for such a large portion and I guessed on the scale up for the rest of the ingredients. Anyways, the sauce is ah-maze-ing and I’ve pinned this recipe for when I make my own holiday feasts 🙂
