I 2 as promptly told “Don’t show pictures unless you’re gonna cook it! Uuuugghhh!” (I’d just shown him pic’s of the baked wings and caramel cake so he’s getting hungry.) Usually he just tunes me and my cooking obsession out. LOL He’s soooo wanting me to make these tacos.

SMC, a nice cod or mahi mahi would work. I use Alaskan Salmon, pretty much any fish I like I use. If it’s too thin use foil to stop it from falling though the grates on the grill.
