I used shredded roasted turkey breast, chicken broth in place of the milk, and added 2 diced Serrano peppers to cook along with the onion. Those were the only big alterations. I’ll definitely be making it again!

You’re welcome Juli! I have frozen and reheated. I allowed it to defrost overnight in the fridge then reheated it.
