Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit with Louisiana Smoked Sausage

  • 8 Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 lb Louisiana Smoked Sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of creole seasoning
  • pinch of black pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil


  1. Cook biscuits according to package directions.
  2. Add a little olive oil to a pan over medium heat, split sausage in half in fry until crispy on both sides.
  3. In a separate pan add more olive oil and fry eggs adding a pinch of creole seasoning and black pepper.
  4. Assemble sandwich by stacking sausage, eggs, and two biscuits.
