Ingredients

- 1 lb andouille sausage, sliced
- 4 cups northern white beans, organic, canned, rinsed, drained
- 4 cups chicken broth, low sodium, organic
- 2 cups red salsa
- 1 cup carrots, frozen, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley, minced
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- cooked rice
Instructions
- Drain canned beans and rinse well, drain again.
- Rinse sausage, slice into 1/2 inch thickness.
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker, mix well, cook on high for 4 hours.
- Serve with hot rice
