- 1 1/2 lbs jumbo shrimp, deveined
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 lemon, zested, juiced
- 4 cloves of roasted garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- green onions to garnish
- crusty bread to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Rinse shrimp, devein, pat dry.
- Place shrimp into a oven proof skillet, drizzle with olive oil.
- Top shrimp with half of the melted butter, lemon zest and juice, parsley, garlic, and spices.
- Bake shrimp for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with remaining butter and bake 10 more minutes.
- Remove from oven, garnish with green onions and serve with crusty bread.
