Hello Christal you could double the recipe. For a topping you can toast a little panko bread crumbs with butter and when the Mac is done top it with the bread crumb.

I use eggs because that’s the way my mama does it. You can use whichever milk you prefer, whole, skim, evaporated. I prefer heavy cream but it’s totally up to you. Enjoy.
