Today I decided to make my Stuffed Baked Potatoes, which are loaded with pulled pork!
Yes, that’s delicious pulled pork that’s seasoned to perfection.
I stuffed my potatoes with as much pulled pork that they could handle people!
Think about all that smoky pulled pork, stuffed into a creamy buttery potato, then loaded with cheese!

Stuffed Baked Potatoes with Tony Roma’s Pulled Pork
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 pack of Tony Roma’s Pulled Pork
4 large potatoes
1 cup jack cheese, grated
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tablespoons butter, melted extra virgin olive oil to coat potatoes
chives to garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse and scrub potatoes, dry well.
Prick potatoes with a knife all around. Coat potatoes in olive oil and rub with spice blend.
Bake potatoes at 425 degrees for 50 minutes or microwave potatoes according to your microwave directions or about 10 minutes.
Remove potatoes from oven and split open, mix with a little more spice blend and melted butter.
Heat up Tony Roma’s pulled pork according to package directions.
Top potatoes with pulled pork, cheese, sour cream and chives.
