I am so excited about two things today!
First, my Crab Cakes with Shrimp! Yes, I love a good seafood cake.
Crab cakes are my favorite! They’re easy to make and so darn delicious!
Now add shrimp to these babies and you’ve just created a seafood masterpiece.
Think about it people?
Lots of diced shrimp, buttery crackers, chopped fresh veggies, and crab meat!
This is the top of the food chain of good eating!
Secondly, I am excited about starting my vacation today!
It’s been a rough year for me and I need a break.
I’m gonna take some time off to relax and focus on myself.
I just want to swim, eat good food, and chill out!
These crab cakes are the perfect meal to kick off my vacation.
I think I’m going on a seafood binge while on vacation.
I am about to eat up all of the fish and shrimp from the resort!
I enjoy seafood because it’s light and I don’t have to worry about feeling lethargic afterwards.
It’s over 105 degrees out here so I don’t want to eat any heavy foods.
Well, it’s time to make these quick and easy seafood cakes.
Don’t forget the hot mayo to top them with.
