It’s grilling time and I headed over to my local Walmart and picked up some tender and juicy Smithfield® Ribs!
I can’t wait to share with you my super easy and delicious Greek Ribs!
Yes folks that grilled ribs with all our favorite Greek flavors.
I’m cooking with Smithfield® Ribs and we’re about to have a Hog Wild Throwdown!
No matter what your level of experience in the kitchen or at the grill, Smithfield® Ribs are sure to impress.
To create the ultimate grilled Greek Ribs you must start off with lots of lemon juice, crushed oregano, and extra virgin olive oil!
I marinated my Smithfield® Ribs in lemon zest and juice, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and lots of spices.
The trick is to marinate our Greek Ribs in the fridge overnight to make sure all that Greek goodness soaks deep into our ribs!
Lastly, grill these babies up and coat in KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce!
Remove the ribs from the grill, allow to rest about 10 minutes and it’s time to serve these babies up!
Enjoy
