Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 inch piece ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder

For the Pizza:

  • 6 Naan bread
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • Sriracha Cha Sauce to serve

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken, pat dry. Place all ingredients for the chicken in a slow cooker, cover, cook on high for 4 hours.
  2. Shred chicken in slow cooker.

For the Pizza:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Top Naan bread with shredded chicken, pineapples and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts.
  3. Top with Sriracha Cha sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
