					<description><![CDATA[Hello Alicia, it&#039;s 6 cups of cooked rice and it&#039;s 6 servings that averages out to 1 cup of rice per serving which isn&#039;t very much. Fried rice isn&#039;t very feeling in my opinion and I normally get around 4 big servings out of this meal.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Hello Alicia, it&#039;s important to bring the water to boil, stir in the rice, cover with lid, reduce heat to low and simmer rice for 15 minutes. Don&#039;t remove the lid, don&#039;t stir the rice. After 15 minutes allow the rice to sit off the fire, untouched to steam for about 10 minutes more. The key is never stir the rice after that initial stir until after the 10 minutes of steaming takes place then fluff with a fork. And using leftover refrigerated rice makes for a better fried rice.]]></description>
