Apricot Dijon Pork Chops

  • Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 4 pork loin chops, 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup Apricot preserves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or creole seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Rinse pork chops, pat dry.
  3. Mix seasoning blend and coat pork chops well with seasoning.
  4. Mix Apricot preserves and mustard and set aside.
  5. Place pork chops on an ovenproof pan and broil the first side for 7 minutes.
  6. Flip pork chops, coat with mustard/apricot spread and broil 6-7 minutes on the other side.
  7. Remove from oven, allow to rest about 5 minutes and enjoy.
