All I can say is that this is the only Spicy Fried Pork Chops recipe you will ever need!
Yes, it’s that delicious and spicy!
These pork chops are so good, I mean their the best pork chops I’ve ever eaten!
Let me tell ya’ why their so good!
It’s the hot sauce folks!
Yep, marinating the pork chops in hot sauce not only makes them spicy, it also creates this beautiful crust you’re looking at.
Beautiful crust equals delicious crunch.
I really should call this Fried Chicken Pork Chops because the crust taste just like fried chicken.
It’s crunchy, spicy, did I mention crunchy?
This pork chop was so good I thought the bone was meat.
Yep, I was so busy eating I didn’t realize l was chewing the bone.
Maybe I should say these pork chops are bone licking good!
Oh, and the Chipotle Mashed Potatoes loaded with butter made everything taste that much better.
Don’t forget the creamy gravy folks.
Disclaimer: I only put the mixed vegetables on the plate so you would think I was actually thinking about eating light.
I didn’t even eat the mixed veggies because I was all into the pork chops with the potatoes.
If you want to make the mixed veggies just add extra virgin olive oil and a little butter and saute with a little creole seasoning.
Enjoy!

My hubby would go nuts for these, going to try them
Thanks Josie
This looks awesome!! What kind of hot sauce did you use?
It was Tapatio Debbie!
I’m a little confused with the wording of the chop recipie. Are you adding all the seasonings and flour mix to the egg, hot sauce mix for the merinade. What is seagoing blend?
The seasoning blend is the spices that you’re mixing up. You add spices to the pork chops and the flour. Season the pork chops, add egg and hot sauce, mix well. Then coat in flour, fry. Enjoy
I don’t understand either, it seems like there should be 2 batches of flour. One with the seasoning and egg to soak with and another to dredge the chops before frying them. Please clarify? They look delicious though!
Hello Angie, if you mix the flour with the seasoning and egg it will make the pork chops gummy. I mix the egg and then dredge it in the flour mixture. If you wanted to double dip then you can dip the pork chops in flour, then dip in egg, then dip again in flour for a thicker crust. Enjoy
Making these tonight. Before I do, I just want to make sure I do this correctly. Am I to season the chops and let them marinate in the egg and hot sauce mixture?
Yes Natasha! Enjoy
Hi! I just found your site and I’m really wanting to start by making these tonight, think I could use thicker pork chops?
Yes, it will just take longer to cook.
I want to try this recipe it looks delicious! I usually add it to a pasta salad.
It says to add cooking oil to deep pan not more than half full, so are we talking like 1-2 inches of oil? Like a deep fry? I wanna make sure I get this right because they sound delicious!!
I would eat this and smile, My Better Half would not touch it with a ten foot pole I eat heat, I am a PepperHead. She hardly uses any spices while cooking. I will throw some Garlic Powder, Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic powder one any chicken pieces she is cooking and she eats that, but then when it gets to plate, i add some Habanero hot Pepper sauce to every bite.
Hello! I want to make these tonight but I am a bit confused, do they marinate in the entire list, including flour, you have for the chops and then use additional flour right before frying? Thank you!!
No you marinate them in everything but not the flour. I’ll update the recipe.
This recipe looks AMAZING. Do you think Sriracha would work as the hot sauce for this recipe or should I opt for Tabasco?
Thank You Bria, I’ve used both in the past.
These look fabulous! On my menu for next week.
What I was wondering is if have ever left them in the marinade longer. For instance put them in the fridge to marinade in the morning to come home and just fry them in the evening?
Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Hello Shelly, yes I’ve marinated them for more than a day before. They turn out great! I think the longer the marinade the better. Enjoy!
Definitely going to be making these tomorrow! My hubs and my eldest love creole food. This should hit the spot!
Hello Melissa, enjoy!
Hi Lisa
Sitting down to eat dinner in about 5 minutes.
I’ll let you know how it came out.
Also made a peach cobbler for dessert.
Thank you for the recipe!
Vicki
Enjoy Vicki!
Marinating chops as I await my deer hunters…… Recipe looks and almost (lol) tastes delicious……. Will send the Boyz feedback soon…..
Thank you Liz.
this recipe is so good! I usually mess up every recipe I try as I’m still learning to cook. but this one, is bomb! Now I’ve made it twice so far and I haven’t made the mashed potatoes or graveyard yet to go with it, but the chops alone are just too good.
I am so glad you enjoyed it Courtney!
About to try these and the gravy I hope they come out good
Good morning..are you using Chipotle powder or actual peppers?
Hello Debbie it was ground chipotle pepper in a bottle. You could use like 1-2 chipotle peppers out the can and it would still be delicious!
I won’t say a word! 🙂 Can’t wait to make this– I’ll let you know how it turns out!
