O.K. folks, today I am making one of my all time favorite sandwiches!
Cheesy Meatball Sandwiches that are made in minutes with leftover meatballs.
If you didn’t know I am a real meatball lover, and when you add my other two favorite things which are cheese and bread I am one happy gal.
These are the meatballs I made last week.
I always make extra meatballs and freeze them because they come in handy when I am craving a sandwich or need a quick dinner.
I’ve tried making just one batch of meatballs and their gone in minutes in this house so I always double, sometimes triple my meatball recipe.
I am not ashamed to admit I’ve eaten a whole pot of meatballs by myself.
I couldn’t help it, I love meatballs!
Don’t forget to get the meatball recipe here!
Once you have your meatballs all you need is some fresh soft bread and lots of cheese.
I use sharp cheddar, jack, and mozzarella cheese.
You can use whichever cheese you like but I figure the more cheese the better.
